Student (master, Phd):  200 €

Post-doc & permanents: 450 € 

The fees cover all social events, 4 lunches Mon./Tues./Wed./Thurs @ Cafetaria Les Hurons, CROUS, coffee breaks, the Gala dinner and social tour (Wednesday aftternoon), 2 wine tasting events, etc..., and thanks to the contributors, all other expenses are fully covered.

Each participant will pay in cash on Monday June 1rst 2026, and a receipt will be provided.

The number of seats is limited to 30 for CS2PA. We will select the most qualified applicants and invite them to the workshop asap. Knowledge of periodic DFT calculations (VASP, CASTEP, QE, ...), crystallography, solid state physics, theoretical chemistry, or materials science is mandatory.
