• Registration:  8:30-9:00 June 10 - INSPE

• Fees:  thanks to our generous supports (ANR ...), no fees are requested except for the social event on thursday 12 June afternoon, 70 € (e.g. Tasting wine parties White/Red, visit around Poitiers - Abbaye de Saint-Savin, workshop dinner French Cuisine restaurant le Tabl'o). You will have to register to the social event and pay by cash. A receipt is given for your institution.

• All participants book their own travel tickets and hotel. We may suggest hotels and assist with reservation. We will also consult you on the French visa application.

• For lunches, an administrative restaurant is close to the workshop building. You will have to register (how many lunches and pay by cash). Dinner by your own, an opportunity to visit old Poitiers, except Social event (70 €)

• Language: English. French is allowed ;-)

 Airbnb: studio / rooms 40 € - 80 € /night (no breakfast)

close to the campus, and "cheap", from 9 to 14 June (5 nights)

-  Le Relais 247 Rue du Faubourg du Pont Neuf, 86000 Poitiers, France (studio with 2 King beds, but still cheap for 1...)

- Aux Pommiers , 9 Rue des Pommiers, 86000 Poitiers, France (Studio, King bed etc). 397 € (80 €/night)

From Paris to Poitiers by train

- from Charles de Gaulle Airport, Roissy: at least 2 options

1) Roissy - Poitiers direct. The best way, and watch your bags.

2) bus/metro/taxi to Montparnasse train station (1 h)

+ TGV Montparnasse Paris to Poitiers (1h20)
